This happened by accident. Sometimes you start out trying to do something and then you take a detour. If you never tried, you would have denied yourself that opportunity to be in a moment to do something spontaneously. Sometimes we over-analyze; I call that analysis paralysis. The right side of the brain works best spontaneously. The left brain likes to think about it. Anyway, this dish is a potential combination in the works.
