Amasia is now open and the staff did really well. All of the preparation and practices proved to be important and it also paid off, as we saw some pretty happy guests on our very first service. It takes many hands and a lot of energy, and I thank everyone for their efforts. I appreciate the staff's sacrifices and commitment to the vision for the last three weeks of training. Matt Bailey and his staff have welcomed us into their 'ohana and they have been so supportive. Our staff from the King Street restaurant who are here to help train and prepare for this opening have really given their best to ensure a successful opening. I am really proud of the staff and we will work to get better each day.
