This is where I will be doing my demo tomorrow morning at Blackberry Farms, in the Barn.  It's been nine years since I have been here last and this Barn never existed.  It houses a great restaurant and a spectacular wine cellar beneath the restaurant.  They now have a brewery,  a creamery where they make their own cheeses,  a charcuterie program, and a great garden that we visited this morning.  They raise truffle dogs that we visited as well, along with the sheep, llamas, and the pigs and chicken.  It's quite a place to be. Tomorrow is the big day.
