Eataly

We ate pasta in Eataly, a whole block of Italian food and products in NYC.  Awesome concept by Batali and Bastianich.  These pastas were quite good -- very al dente.  It made me rethink how long I cook pasta.  I have always wanted to tinker with Italian since I love the flavors so much.
