Born and raised in Oklahoma, Carrie has lived in the islands since 2002. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in Human Relations from universities in Oklahoma. Her experiences include working as a Mental Health Therapist, Case Management Supervisor and Human Resources Manager, progressing to the positions of director and vice president. She joined Alan Wong’s Restaurants in February 2008.
