Join Chef Alan and host Ed Kenney as they take a journey back to Japan to follow the roots of one of Chef Alan’s favorite childhood dishes, Miso Soup. This episode of “Family Ingredients” was the series’ pilot that won an Emmy and helped secure national distribution of this locally-produced show.
