•Kailiawa Coffee Farm
(Pahala, Ka’u)
We are Jamie & “Bull’s” very 1st customers.
Their farm sits at 1900 feet elevation in Cloud’s Rest right above
Lorie Obra’s Rusty’s Coffee farm. It is a typical Ka’u coffee. Full bodied,
low acid, great aroma. This is in wine speak another great full bodied
cabernet sauvignon. It’s very chewy, meaty & very robust.
Medium-Dark Roast

•Rusty’s Hawaiian*
(Pahala, Ka’u)
Chef Alan’s latest foraging led him to Pahala on the Big Island. Lorie Obra’s
coffee farm is located at 2,000 feet elevation atop Cloud’s Rest, where the
fog from Mauna Loa sits on the coffee. Lorie dries and roasts her own beans.

Ka’u Forest
(Pahala, Ka’u)
At the 2008 SCAA Cupping Contest this coffee placed 11th, the highest rated
Hawaii coffee. This is unlike any other Ka’u coffee Chef has tried so far and
probably a testament to a new vintage and a different terroir. This is like a
very big cabernet. Very forward, very loud and very strong.
