We headed out today to have dinner at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Tarrytown. Took the train; it was Sonny's first train ride. They do some amazing things here -- very innovative and forward-thinking. Chef Dan Barber is also a nice guy. He gave us the farm tour himself. Dinner was outstanding. Service was impeccable. Every server knew the stories of the products they use, told the story, and knew every ingredient and how it was grown or produced----a model for all of us. It's great to experience this at least once in your lifetime.
