It's summer time!  The watermelons are tasting much better now that we are getting more sun.

We have a vegan request for dinner tonite. David worked on this dish and we are serving it for the first course. Cucumbers, watermelon cubes, kabu, and tomatoes fill the bottom; ume dressing, and shiso complements all the flavors very well. This was very refreshing to eat.
