Himalayan salt slab sundae. Starts with a smear of caramel sauce, then a dollop of chocolate dobash pudding, then some butterscotch pudding, three scoops of vanilla ice cream, mac nuts, cherries, a smattering of cakes and cookies to garnish. As the caramel and chocolate stay longer on the salt slab, it picks up salt, creating different flavors with each bite, yet the salt is not overpowering, even to the last slurp. Coming up on July 4th, the All American Sundae.
