Michelle made this dessert to feature Hanaoka Farms' lilikoi. It was outstanding. She filled a hollowed-out lilikoi, and her topping was very unique. I am not saying what it is except that I don’t often say that something is "outstanding." Hanaoka Farms is outside Hilo on the Big Island. They cold-press the fruit as soon as it is harvested and chilled. It is not adulterated with sugar or anything else, so when you taste their puree, it is just like eating the real fresh fruit just picked off the vine. Amazing product -- the best in Hawaii.
