I've always felt that food is a universal language that has the ability to bridge cultures. With our team in Shanghai, we have bridged so many different cultures to create a truly unique and diverse team. Our Pastry Chef, James Kim, came to us with experience working and living in South Korea and New Zealand. When he joined our opening team, he spent a month training in Honolulu and learning about our style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine. He's taken many of his experiences with him to Shanghai and put it onto the plate to share with our guests. We are happy to have him as part of our team, and we always enjoy seeing his latest creation.
