It was a pleasure to have an opportunity to learn and meet the farmers who work so diligently to provide us with local produce that we serve to our guest, encourage kids to strive for high education, and giving the chance to give back to the community. Gary and Derrik at MA’O Organic Farm were so helpful in providing us with information about different fruits and vegetables, along with answering our many questions. They definitely made us feel welcome and made it a personable experience. Gary definitely stole my heart when he handed me beets because they are my favorite vegetables. I can’t wait to share my experience and knowledge from this farm visit with the guests!
