I have worked at numerous places Hyatt, Ryan’s Grill, Sheraton Keahou Resort and Spa, Royal Hawaiian Hotel.

Why did you decide to return to the back of the house after working the front of the house for several years?  

Working in the Kitchen was always my plan from the beginning of my career I just got side tracked and now I am back in the Kitchen until I cannot work the line anymore.

Describe your best food memory.

My best food memory was dining at the French Laundry many years ago. It was one of my first experiences eating a coursed tasting meal.
