Aloha gang!
Amasia makes one year old! A milestone day! I would like to say thank you to the entire staff on Maui at Amasia for all of their efforts in making this happen on a daily basis. As we all know, everyone can open a restaurant, but not everyone can keep it going. It is also true that the honeymoon is always fun, but the maintenance phase is tougher. I say this because it takes a lot to keep your attitude in the right place, day in day out, and to make one year is saying a lot for all involved. Besides the team at Amasia, our support team in Honolulu, thank you to all of you too. Congratulations to everyone, I appreciate everything you all do, and am looking forward to an even greater second year. Our first year has been an experience, not knowing Maui at all, and we are still learning. Thank you to Matt Bailey, Managing Director, and the entire staff at the Grand Wailea Resort. Without them, this wouldn't be happening as well.
Everyone that goes to Amasia mostly has great things to say about the product. This is largely due to all of you, gang. Once again, thank you very much and congratulations!
